For everyday use, the MED speed is recommended, as it is fully sufficient to maintain a balanced and healthy exchange of fresh air indoors.
If operation interferes with sleep or causes discomfort, the unit can be switched to LOW at any time, while HI mode can be selected whenever rapid ventilation is required.
