ARS-LIGHT is a smart dual-fan heat recovery ventilator, operated with an exceptionally easy-to-use remote control.
Each command is confirmed by a short audible signal from the internal control module, so the user always knows the device has successfully received the instruction.

🔹 Automatic Heating & Protection Systems

The heat recovery unit is equipped with an integrated automatic heating element that:

• protects the heat-accumulating ceramic core from freezing,

• safeguards the entire system against overheating or potential fire risks.

All protection functions operate fully autonomously, requiring no user intervention.

🔹 Simple and Intuitive Remote Control

Top buttons:

• LOW / MED / HI – three fan speed levels

• STOP – fan stop

• Central button – main system ON / OFF

Bottom buttons – delayed shut-off timer:

• 1H, 2H, 4H, 8H – after the selected time, the unit shuts down completely, leaving only the remote receiver active.

This is especially convenient for spaces that will not be used for some time after ventilation, such as saunas, entryways, holiday homes, or seasonal buildings.

🔹 Power-Up & Operating Logic

When the unit is connected to the power supply (~230 V):

• a short audible signal is emitted,

• fans remain in STOP mode,

• frost protection is active even if the fans are not running.

When any fan speed is selected:

• the supply air fan operates first for 3–4 minutes,

• then the system switches to its standard cyclic operating mode.

🔹 Stable Operating Cycles

Fans operate alternately in fixed cycles:

• Air supply: ~1 min 50 s

• Air exhaust: ~1 min 40 s

These intervals remain constant regardless of speed settings, though they may vary slightly under extremely low or high mains voltage.

Fan power levels:

• LOW: 5.5 W

• MED: 10 W

• HI: 18 W

At low voltage levels (<200 V), the fans may not start at the lowest speed.

🔹 Timer & Shutdown Logic

Once the ventilator is turned on, the timer (1–8 hours) can be activated.
When the timer expires:

• the unit shuts down completely,

• frost protection is also disabled.

To restart the device after timer shutdown, the user must:

1. press ON / OFF,

2. select LOW / MED / HI speed.

🔹 Automatic Safety Functions

• Frost protection: activates and deactivates automatically based on the temperature of the heat recovery core. It does not operate if the unit is switched off via the timer or ON/OFF button.

• Overheating protection: always active, regardless of whether the unit is operating.

🔹 Power Consumption

• Maximum fan power: 18 W

• Maximum heating element power: 21 W, reduced to 4 W once +80 °C is reached

• Control electronics power consumption: 1 W

🔹 Installation & Electrical Connection

Recommended wiring:

• Red wire – phase (L)

• Black wire – neutral (N)

🔹 Unique Remote Control Pairing

Each remote control features a unique paired code and works only with its assigned device.
Other remotes are not compatible.
